122 open tenders, 84 million manats, five days — IT services lead the next deadline cluster
AZTender's data cut of 4 October 2026 shows 122 open tenders closing 4-9 October 2026, worth 84,006,073.86 AZN after buyer exclusion; CPV division 72 (IT/professional services) leads, 21 tenders at 30.1m AZN.
⚠ Correction · 5 October 2026: An earlier version of this article described CPV division 72 as "IT and professional services". AZTender's data shows division 72 in this registry is in fact dominated by repair and construction-works titles (e.g. "əsaslı təmir", "cari təmir"), not IT services — the standard CPV taxonomy's division-72 label does not hold for this corpus.
AZTender's data cut of 4 October 2026 (03:16 UTC) shows 122 open tenders on Azerbaijan's state procurement portal (etender.gov.az) with submission deadlines in the five days from 4 to 9 October 2026, carrying a combined estimated value of 84,006,073.86 AZN (≈84.0m AZN), after excluding the security and law-enforcement buyers this site does not cover. Grouped by CPV division, division 72 — IT and professional services — leads by both count and value, with 21 tenders worth 30,095,876.02 AZN.

| Item | Value |

| CPV division 72 (IT/professional services), by count and value | 21 tenders, 30,095,876.02 AZN |
| CPV division 11 | 11 tenders, 8,852,864.75 AZN |

What the number is not
All 122 listings are open announcements with a near-term deadline, not awards, signed contracts or money spent — none has a winner yet. Security and law-enforcement buyers under the site's standing exclusion list were filtered out before aggregating; the unfiltered set was 126 tenders worth 84,985,505.47 AZN, so the true registry total is slightly higher than what is reported here. CPV codes are free text in the registry, so only two-digit division grouping is reliable. Deadline timestamps run roughly four hours ahead of true Baku wall-clock time, so "closes in N days" is approximate. No bidder counts attach to any of the 122 — Azerbaijan's open procurement data does not carry them.
Why it is a signal
- How many of the 122 open tenders convert into signed contracts inside the window, and at what share of the published ceiling?
- Does division 72 keep leading the five-day cluster the way it has in preceding windows, or does the mix shift?
- Do the mid-sized divisions — 11, 60, 43 — recur next window, or is this cut specific to this week's mix?
- Which of the 21 division-72 listings are renewals of recurring IT-services contracts, and which are new scopes?
What AZTender shows
AZTender's tender-matching module tracks open announcements by CPV division and submission deadline, so a bidder preparing a bid for this week's window can see all 122 listings — grouped by division, with deadlines dated — on one screen rather than checking each etender.gov.az notice individually. The same module carries the deadline-offset flag on every row, and its entity-report view lets a reviewer isolate one buyer's listing from the rest of its division. More detail is at aztender.ai.
A signal is not a verdict. A cluster of deadlines and value inside one CPV division is an ordinary feature of a public procurement register, and no conclusion about any buyer, sector or supplier is drawn here.
