128 tenders, 75.3 million manats, five days — a fresh deadline cluster on Azerbaijan's tender register

AZTender's data cut of 22 September 2026 lists 128 open tenders closing between 22 and 27 September 2026, worth 75,329,624.01 AZN combined; IT services (CPV division 72) leads at 17.6m AZN across 17 tenders.

AZTender's data cut of 22 September 2026 shows 128 open tenders on Azerbaijan's state procurement portal (etender.gov.az) with submission deadlines falling between 22 and 27 September 2026, carrying a combined estimated value of 75,329,624.01 AZN (≈75.3m AZN). What the number is not

The 75.3 million figure is the sum of estimated, ceiling values on tenders that remain open — not awards, not signed contracts and not money spent; none of the 128 has yet been decided. The CPV breakdown rests on the registry's own two-digit code, and AZ procurement data carries a CPV code on only a minority of tenders overall (roughly 8% of the registry); several divisions appearing in this window, including 81 and 23, are not standard two-digit CPV divisions under the EU classification, so the breakdown should be read as the registry's own tag pending a spot-check, not a verified taxonomy match. Submission-deadline timestamps also carry a documented offset — the true Baku closing time for any single tender may run around four hours earlier than the raw registry value shows.

Why it is a signal

  • How many of the 17 IT-services tenders share a single procuring entity, and does that reflect an ordinary budget cycle rather than coincidence?
  • Which of the non-standard division codes, such as 81 and 23, would map onto a verified CPV division once checked against the underlying tender documents?
  • How many of these 128 open tenders convert into signed contracts, and within what timeframe?
  • Does the concentration of value in IT services and division 23 persist in the following five-day window, or is this a one-off batch?
  • What share of the combined 75.3 million manats is ultimately awarded at or below the published ceiling?

What AZTender shows

AZTender's tender-matching module tracks open announcements by CPV division and submission deadline, so a bidder preparing a submission for the IT-services or division-23 cluster can see the full five-day window on one screen rather than checking each registry page individually. The same module flags which codes are the registry's own tag rather than a confirmed CPV match, so a reviewer knows which totals are provisional. More detail is at aztender.ai.

A signal is not a verdict. A cluster of deadlines within the same calendar week is an ordinary feature of a public procurement register, and no conclusion about any buyer, sector or supplier is drawn here.
