AZTender product update — which modules are Production and which are Beta, as of September 2026
As checked on 4 September 2026, AZTender's public product page labels tender matching, price assessment and public-entity reports as Production, and the requirements explainer/checklist and bid-draft assistant as Beta.
A tender portal gives a supplier a list. A bid team needs a decision workflow. That gap is what AZTender is built to close, and this note records where the product stands.
The bidder sequence
For a supplier, the useful sequence is not "search, download, hope". It is:
- Find opportunities in the relevant market.
- Match them against the company's category, budget, geography and experience.
- Explain the published requirements in plain language.
- Turn those requirements into a document checklist.
- Compare the proposed price with relevant procurement history, where the evidence is genuinely comparable.
- Prepare a first bid structure or draft for the team to verify and improve.
Maturity labels, with the source
As checked on 4 September 2026, AZTender's public product page labels:
| Module | Status |
|---|---|
| Tender matching | Production |
| Price assessment | Production |
| Reports on public entities | Production |
| Requirements explainer and checklist | Beta |
| Bid-draft assistant | Beta |
These labels describe the current public product positioning. They are not a substitute for checking the relevant market, data freshness and workflow before a real engagement.
Where the human stays
None of these modules should make the final decision for the bidder. AI can organise evidence and accelerate preparation. The company must still verify the requirements, approve every claim, set the final price and own the submission. No award is guaranteed; final decisions and responsibility remain with the bidder.
Teams preparing for public tenders can request a walkthrough of this workflow on public data by writing to consulting@elshanmusayev.com with the subject "TENDER" and the target market.
