Getting ready for a digital environment
Against the background of the "State Audit" information system (Decree of 14 August 2026) and the "Electronic Competition" information system (Decree of 9 July 2024, statute approved 26 January 2026), both provided for by Presidential decrees, it matters that institutions prepare their own procurement data and working processes for a digital environment.
How the result is measured
At the end of the project the leadership receives specific recommendations, priority measures and a phased implementation plan. The benefit of the pilot is assessed against criteria agreed in advance, such as the time spent on the work and the quality of the result. Final decisions remain with the responsible staff.
The aim is not merely to produce a report — it is better-grounded procurement decisions, less time lost, and digitalisation whose result can be measured.
